Beatrice Board of Education to Accept Superintendent Search Firm Proposals

BEATRICE – The Beatrice School Board will accept proposals from search firms, as the district looks to hire a new superintendent. Beatrice Public Schools Superintendent Pat Nauroth announced last week that he will retire from his position, next June 30^th…after five years heading the district. School Board President Lisa Pieper says the district has already been contacted by a few search firms.   One board member, Doris Martin, wonders if the district could conduct its’ own search, bypassing the expense.
