Beatrice Board of Education to Accept Superintendent Search Firm Proposals

BEATRICE – The Beatrice School Board will accept proposals from search firms, as the district looks to hire a new superintendent. Beatrice Public Schools Superintendent Pat Nauroth announced last week that he will retire from his position, next June 30th…after five years heading the district. School Board President Lisa Pieper says the district has already been contacted by a few search firms.   One board member, Doris Martin, wonders if the district could conduct its’ own search, bypassing the expense.
