COLUMBUS - A Schuyler man is facing two felony charges in Platte County Court for using the identity of a Colorado man, in order to work in the area.
An arrest affidavit says Cesar Madora-Marino, 38, is facing two felony charges for identity theft in Platte County. Madora-Marino admitted to using a Greeley, Colorado man's social security number, and a Nebraska I.D. with the man's information, in order to get the job, says the affidavit.
Madora-Marino began working at the business in 2015, up until his arrest in late spring, says the affidavit. Court records say, Madora-Marino is facing class 3 felony charges for both counts of identity theft, and is scheduled for felony status hearing on Monday in Platte County Court.
