Busy Weekend for Bow Wrestling

The Broken Bow wrestling team had a busy weekend wrestling at the Jack Murray Invite at Ashland Greenwood on Friday then competing at the Aquinas Invite on Saturday.  The Murray Invitational was won by Columbus Lakeview with 185 points and York was runner up with 134.5 points.  Broken Bow finished fourth in the team standings with 111 points.  Bow placed fifth at the Aquinas Invite with 122.5 points.  Pierce edged Aquinas 184-183 for the team title.  Some of the highlights for Broken Bow over the weekend included Casey Faulkenberry winning the title at 126 lbs. at both meets.  Lathan Duda equaled that accomplishment by claiming the 182 lb. championship at both meets.  Austin Cole was runner-up at 138 lbs. both days while Keifer Anderson (220) and Tyler Thomas (285) each finished runner-up in their respective weight class at the Aquinas Invite.
