The 4R County program was a great success in 2019 with $4,500 given away to local non-profit organizations throughout Custer County! Since March, the “win and pay it forward” promotion has taken place the fourth Friday of each month in Custer County..
Announcements were first made on KCNI & KBBN radio. At the given time and location, those in attendance were invited to draw from a deck of cards next to a vehicle covered in the logos of sponsors. Whoever drew the high card was the winner, who then chose a nonprofit organization registered with the Custer County Foundation to receive the $300 prize.
