FREMONT, Neb. -- A teenage murder suspect from California is behind bars after being arrested in Nebraska.
The FBI says they called the Fremont Police Department this week because they thought a 16-year-old who had an active warrant for a homicide was in Fremont.
FBI agents tracked the suspect to a home but found him eating at a business on North Park Avenue. He was arrested without incident and taken to the Madison County Detention Center in northeast Nebraska.
He's now awaiting extradition back to California.
