This year's speaker is retired Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Bobby Martinez. Retired Army National Guard Master Sergeant Les Larsen will lead the firing squad and perform taps.

Elizabeth Weimer will offer her renditions of the national anthem and God Bless America. Lucy Stickley will do the laying of the wreath. Pastor Kyle Larson will lead the crowd with an invocation and benediction.

Organized canceled last year's iteration of the event due to COVID-19 concerns. A group did still gather to place flags at the graves of all service members buried in Greenwood Cemetery.
