CRETE, NE — Southeast Nebraska coronavirus conditions continue to improve.
Public Health Solutions covers Fillmore, Gage, Jefferson, Saline and Thayer counties. The health department says there were no new COVID-related hospitalizations or deaths over the past week. Officials say 27 people tested positive over the week, which is the second-lowest total since August.
The PHS risk dial improved but remained in the yellow, moderate risk category.
PHS is hosting community vaccine clinics available to all area residents 18 and older. Officials say there are still spots available for all remaining clinics. To register, visit https://vaccinate.ne.gov/.
