Myanmar refugees open the doors to new church building after 10 years

OMAHA, Neb. -- It's a dedication a decade in the making.

Over the weekend, Myanmar refugees living in Omaha opened the doors to a long-awaited church building.

Many of them have become citizens and they now have their own place of worship, in a brand new building.

Sunday they opened the doors to the Karen Christian Revival Church, after ten years and $2 million.

While this is a place for prayer, they say that it is also a home base for the community.
