LINCOLN - The LPD is asking for the public's help to find a missing Lincoln man.
Billy Lee Cooper lives in a Community Support group home on West O st.
He is 5'9", 190lbs, with brown hair and blues eyes.
He was last seen wearing a dark colored hoodie and blue pants.
He was also carrying a black backpack.
