A man went to a hospital in critical condition early Sunday after a shooting outside a restaurant in north Lincoln, police said.
The victim, whose name is being withheld pending notification of family, appeared to have life-threatening injuries, said Capt. Benjamin Kopsa. Officers were called to the La Cabana restaurant shortly after 2 a.m. for a large disturbance, Kopsa said.
Officers found a man with a gunshot wound near the restaurant at 3223 Cornhusker Highway. No arrests have been made, and the incident remains under investigation, Kopsa said.
