LINCOLN, Neb. -- Police are looking to learn more about a stabbing in Lincoln that injured one person.
Lincoln Police say the incident happened in the Railyard early Sunday morning.
A 23-year-old man had shown up at a hospital with a stab wound. The victim told police he was walking near the Railyard when an unknown man approached him.
The victim said he thought he had been punched in the stomach, but then realized he had been stabbed.
The victim said the suspect took off running. A friend then drove the victim to the hospital.
The investigation is ongoing.
