Lexington man charged in sexual assault of stepdaughter

LEXINGTON, Neb. -- A Lexington man has been accused of sexually assaulting his stepdaughter.

According to Dawson County court records, 54-year-old Benjamin Weston is charged with first-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual assault and incest.

The offenses are alleged to have occurred between 2013 and 2015.

According to an arrest affidavit, the victim told investigators that Weston drove a truck delivering corn mash to feed lots.

The victim said when they sat in the truck, Weston would touch her inappropriately.

Weston is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in August.
