NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. - Cross Fit Nebraska City is all about helping people and the community by getting out and getting moving, and have partnered with the American Cancer Society's "Relay For Life" to host the first annual "Dash To the Depot," a 5K fun run/walk.

The Fun Run starts on Saturday, Oct. 21 at 10 a.m. at the Ambassador Wellness Center and ends a little over three miles later at The Depot, Nebraska City's new restaurant and bar, where participants can choose their alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage after the run.
Cross Fit Nebraska City is optimistic about their inaugural event:

The $25.00 registration gets you a shirt and a chance to get out and enjoy Nebraska's fall weather.
All funds go to the American Cancer Society and their various programs.
