FBI:Authorities need help in Sydney Loofe case

LINCOLN, Neb. - Authorities are asking for more tips in the disappearance of a Lincoln woman. Sydney Loofe disappeared November 16th. Days of desperate searching are turning into weeks. The disappearance of Sydney Loofe is leaving many across the Midwest looking for answers. Helicopters have been searching from the skies. Search and rescue groups have been combing lakes, rivers, and surrounding fields. Most of this, near the town of Wilber, Nebraska, where investigators believe Loofe was the night she disappeared, now almost three weeks after going on a date. Sydney's cell phone last pinged there. It was also where one of two persons of interest has an apartment. As of late Sunday night, two persons of interest are still in custody. Aubrey Trail and Bailey Boswell are being held at the Saline County Jail, after they turned themselves in in Taney County, Missouri. They both had outstanding warrants on charges unrelated to Loofe's case. The FBI tells 6 News, search teams are operating under the assumption that Sydney could still be alive. Now, they just want any other information that could help them move forward in bringing Sydney home.
