An elderly man suffered a fractured leg and a head injury Wednesday morning when he fell off the roof of a west Omaha home.
Douglas County 911 dispatchers said that around 7:25 a.m., a man fell about 12 feet off the roof of a home just south of 156th and Pacific Streets.
The man was taken to Creighton University Medical Center-Bergan Mercy with what rescue squad personnel at the scene considered critical injuries.
