BEATRICE – Main Street Beatrice will be offering a second round of mini-grants to help small businesses recovering from the Covid-19 pandemic. The grants of between $200 and $500 are designed to help businesses creatively market and reach customers.
The grants can help defray expenses incurred between April and June of this year. The money comes from community support the Main Street Beatrice organization has received.
Main Street Executive Director Michael Sothan says the grants will be distributed only to small businesses within the designated Main Street District, with priority consideration given to new applicants.
During the first-round, seventeen entities received mini-grants, awarded this past December.
