COVID-19 memorial in northeast Nebraska growing

MADISON, Neb. — A COVID-19 memorial in northeast Nebraska is growing.

The project in Madison began when Beth Laible’s son started a Go-Fund-Me on his birthday for a memorial in honor of his grandparents who died of COVID-19 last July.

Now Beth is taking orders for flags to honor the essential workers who helped them get through the pandemic, as well as those who lost the battle.
