Warren Buffett is leaving the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
The 90-year-old investor announced he was resigning from his trustee position.
He didn't explain why.
It comes about a month after Bill and Melinda Gates announced their divorce.
Buffett has now resigned from all corporate boards other than his company's Berkshire Hathaway.
Since its founding in 21 years ago, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has spent nearly $54 billion on initiatives related to global health, poverty, and most recently, the global rollout of the COVID-19 vaccines.
