AUBURN – Child abuse charges have been filed against an Auburn woman whose husband is scheduled for trial this fall.
Crystal Gerdes, 38, is accused of permitting a minor child to be endangered at times from 2016 to 2019.
Her husband, 39-year-old Phillip Gerdes is scheduled for trial in August on allegations of possession of child pornography and seven counts of child abuse. Crystal Gerdes, who is scheduled for arraignment on June 22, is listed among possible witnesses in that case.
A single victim is alleged in court records.
