5 sex offenders found to be non-compliant with Nebraska laws

Authorities say five sex offenders in three eastern Nebraska counties recently were found to be non-compliant with state laws. The U.S. Marshals Service said the Metro Fugitive Task Force led Tuesday's operation in Saunders, Butler and Seward Counties, checking nearly 100 offenders, who must be registered in their counties and living at their registered addresses. The Saunders, Butler and Seward County Sheriff’s Offices and the Nebraska State Patrol assisted the task force with the initiative.
