45 lbs. of pot found in Douglas County traffic stop

OMAHA, Neb. -- Authorities in the Omaha metro say 45 pounds of pot have been seized after a traffic stop.

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office says deputies stopped a car for speeding Wednesday in the area of I-80 and 72nd Street in Omaha.

During a voluntary search of the car, deputies found 45 pounds of marijuana and 5 pounds of hashish in the trunk.

Garret Boyl, of California, was arrested on several drug charges.
