A change has been made to the tip off time for tomorrow’s (2/22) C1-5 girls basketball district final between Broken Bow and Lincoln Christian. The game is now scheduled to begin at 5pm at Northwest High School in Grand Island. The game will be broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM and on the web at kbbn.com. Lincoln Christian (16-8) enters as the #5 seed in the sub state tournament and advanced through the C1-2 sub district with wins over Malcolm and Milford. Broken Bow (20-5) is the #12 seed and advanced through the C1-10 sub district with wins over Centura and St. Paul. The winner will qualify for the girls state basketball tournament which begins February 28 in Lincoln.
Mullen will play Maywood Hayes Center for the right to go to the state tournament in the D2-6 district final on Friday. The game will be played at North Platte High School. The game is now showing a tip off time of 6pm.
