State Wrestling Day One Recap

Several area wrestlers advanced out to Friday’s semifinals after the first day of competition at the 2020 NSAA state wrestling championships in Omaha. Broken Bow advanced two wrestlers to the Class C semifinals. Casey Faulkenberry advanced at 126 lbs. and Lathan Duda improved to 52-0 on the season by advancing at 182 lbs. Also advancing to the Class C semifinal round was Jakob Jerabek of Arcadia/Loup City at 285 lbs.
