The South Loup boys basketball team will look to make a return trip to the state tournament when they meet Wakefield for the C2-6 district championship tonight at West Holt high school in Atkinson. The Bobcats are 19-4 and advanced to tonight’s district final by claiming the C2-11 sub district title with wins over Perkins County and Cambridge. Wakefield is 19-3 and advanced through the C2-6 sub district with wins over Wisner Pilger and Howells Dodge. Tonight’s game will be broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM and on kbbn.com
Cozad will look to punch their ticket to the state tournament as they play Milford for the C1-6 district title at Wood River High School.
