The Nebraska School Activities Association has released its classifications for the 2019 fall activity season in the following sports : Boys Tennis, Girls Golf, Softball, Boys and Girls Cross Country, and Volleyball. Teams are classified based on enrollment numbers. Today we post where area schools are classified for the upcoming season in the sport of girls golf.
The Broken Bow girls golf team will compete in Class C this year. The Class C classification in girls golf ranges from Wayne, with a total girl enrollment of 105, down to Exeter-Milligan and Mullen which are listed with a total girl enrollment of 18. Broken Bow is listed with an enrollment number of 89. Cozad, with an enrollment number of 94, and Arcadia/Loup City (52) will also compete in Class C. Gothenburg is listed with a total girls enrollment number of 113 and will compete in Class B. The Class B classification in girls golf ranges from Hastings, with an enrollment number of 388, down to Ogallala with an enrollment number of 108.
