Nebraska High School Rodeo Makes Stops in Callaway and North Platte Over the Weekend

The Nebraska High School Rodeo Association made stops in Callaway and North Platte this past weekend. Here’s some of the area highlights from Saturday’s performance in Callaway. Lexie Lowery of Burwell was the barrel racing champion in a winning time of 18.169 seconds. Madison Mills of Eddyville was the pole bending champion on Saturday with a time of 21.493. Mills was also honored as the girls all around winner Saturday. In the team roping on Saturday, Cauy Pokorny of Stapleton teamed with Clay Holz to produce the winning time of 7.7 seconds.

On Sunday in North Platte, Brooke McCulley of Mullen won the breakaway roping in a time of 2.36 seconds.
