NCN Partners with NFHS Network, Expands Sports Coverage
News Channel Nebraska will be producing the Class A State Semifinal game between Grand Island and Bellevue West. It will be available online exclusively through the NFHS Network.

NORFOLK – News Channel Nebraska is the state leader in showcasing the best of Nebraska’s high school student athletes, and today we’re excited to announce a partnership with the National Federation of High Schools (NFHS) Network.

Beginning this Friday, as the Grand Island Islanders face off against Bellevue West in a Class A state football semifinal, NCN Sports coverage will be exclusively available online though the NFHS Network.

The NFHS Network is a nationwide collaborate effort of state high school activities and athletics associations of which the Nebraska State Activities Association (NSAA) is a proud member. The NCN Sports and NFHS Network partnership means that subscribers to NCN Sports live online content will be benefiting the daily efforts of the NSAA as this organization works to provide opportunities for Nebraska students.

NFHS Network CEO Mark Koski said, “The NFHS Network couldn’t be more excited to have a partner like News Channel Nebraska working with us to compliment the NSAA coverage available to our subscribers.”

News Channel Nebraska professionally produces more than 150 live events each year. Online access to these streams will be available to NFHS Network subscribers at a rate of $9.95 a month. The replays of all events will become available 72 hours after the contest concludes free of charge to users who login with an email address.
