The Mullen Lady Broncos were crowned champions of the 2019 MNAC basketball tournament Saturday following a 36-25 victory over South Loup in the girls championship game. Mullen used a stifling defensive effort to hold South Loup to just 6 points in first half to build a 15 point halftime lead. Mullen was led by Samantha Moore who scored a game high 15 points. Alysen Daniels also finished in double figures for the Broncos with 11. South Loup was led by Jessie Sallach who finished with a team high 10.
