Sandhills/Thedford hosted its boys golf invitational on Monday. Mullen was the team champion with a low team score of 376. Anselmo-Merna placed 2nd with a 382 and Sandhills/Thedford was third with a 389. Koby Walker of Mullen was the individual champion with a low round of 80 for the 18 hole event. The rest of the top ten consisted of : Jace Leibhart of Anselmo-Merna 2nd (86) ; Jordan McBride of Burwell 3rd (86) ; Tate Eggleston of South Loup 4th (87) ; Tate Phillips of Burwell 5th (88) ; Brett Downing of Sandhills/Thedford 6th (89) ; Coy Johnson of Anselmo-Merna 7th (91) ; Max Svoboda of Mullen 8th (91) ; Logan Cate of the Valentine JV’s 9th (91) ; Blake Denson of the Broken Bow JV’s 10th (92).
