Ansley/Litchfield will host Central Valley and Arcadia/Loup City for a volleyball triangular today in Ansley. Central Valley is off to an 8-1 start this season and has been ranked in the top ten in Class D1 by the Omaha World Herald. Arcadia/Loup City enters at 1-6 on the season. The Lady Rebels collected their first win of the season this past weekend winning over Fillmore Central 2 sets to 1 at the Sandy Creek Invite. Ansley/Litchfield is now 4-5 on the season. The Lady Spartans went 2-1 this past weekend at the 7 Valleys volleyball tournament in Callaway falling to South Loup 2 sets to 1 in the championship match. Tonight’s matches will be broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM with the opening match scheduled for 5 p.m.

The Broken Bow girls golf team will be back on the course today as they travel to the Gothenburg Invite held at Wildhorse golf course. Broken Bow has won all of the tournaments they have competed in up to this point and set a new school record for team score last time out with a 318. Today’s meet is scheduled to tee off at 10 a.m.
