Mullen will host South Loup and Anselmo-Merna for a volleyball triangular this evening. Mullen and South Loup are both looking for their first win of the young season. Mullen fell to Sandhills/Thedford in their opener on Friday and South Loup fell to Clarkson-Leigh over the weekend as part of the Bill Marshall Classic during the State Fair on Saturday. Anselmo-Merna enters at 1-2. The Lady Coyotes competed at the Overton Invite on Saturday picking up a win over North Platte St. Pat’s and were edged 2 sets to 1 by both Overton and Shelton. Tonight’s matches are scheduled to begin at 5:30 central. All three matches will be broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM and on kbbn.com
