Broken Bow competed at the Gibbon volleyball triangular Thursday night. During Broken Bow’s opening match against host Gibbon, junior Kailyn Scott set the school record for career assists. Scott surpassed the mark when she collected assist number 1,621. Scott finished with 18 assists for the match. Broken Bow won the match in straight sets 25-9, 25-7. The Lady Indians also picked up a victory over Centura in straight sets 25-18, 25-19. Kya Scott led the team with 12 kills in the match and Kailyn Scott had 19 assists. Broken Bow has now won 8 matches in a row to improve to 10-3 overall.
