The Broken Bow Lady Indians volleyball team improved their overall mark to 16-4 last night with wins over McCook and Ainsworth at the Bow triangular. Bow defeated McCook in straight sets 25-10, 27-25 and defeated Ainsworth in straight sets 25-19, 25-17.
The championship match is set at the Fort Kearney Conference volleyball tournament. Top seed Pleasanton battled back from 2 sets down to defeat Amherst (18-25, 14-25, 25-22, 25-17, 15-5). Pleasanton will play Overton in the final as Overton defeated Elm Creek (23-25, 25-18, 25-14, 25-20).
In the Lou Platte Conference Tournament, it will be St. Paul against Doniphan-Trumbull in the championship match on Thursday night in Loup City. St. Paul def. Wood River in straight sets (25-8, 25-20, 25-18) and Doniphan Trumbull def. Centura in straight sets (25-20, 25-20, 25-19)
