The Gothenburg Swedes improved to 5-1 on the season by knocking off Broken Bow on its homecoming night at Mark Russell Field. Isaiah Young ran for two touchdowns and quarterback Maguire Bartlett ran for two touchdowns and threw for one as the top ten ranked Swedes won by a final of 34-0.
In the KBBN 8 man area game of the week, Arcadia Loup City won its fourth in a row knocking off Ansley/Litchfield 54-23.
