Central Nebraska’s Sports Source presents live coverage of high school basketball Thursday night when South Loup hosts Sandhills/Thedford in Arnold for a girls and boys doubleheader. The girls game is scheduled to tip off around 5:30 with the boys game to follow. The South Loup girls are looking to bounce back from just their second loss of the season falling to Hershey Tuesday night and enter tonight’s contest with a 6-2 record. Sandhills/Thedford is 4-2 overall and will be playing their first game of the new year. The boys game will feature two teams that are both .500 at this point in the season. South Loup enters at 4-4 while Sandhills/Thedford is 3-3. Thursday’s games will be broadcast live on KBBN 95.3 FM and kbbn.com.
