Central Nebraska’s Sports Source presents live coverage of high school basketball tonight. Broken Bow will host Gothenburg for a girls and boys basketball doubleheader today at the Indian gym. The Bow girls will look to bounce back following their first loss of the season last Friday to Wood River. The Lady Indians are now 13-1 this season and will face a Gothenburg team that comes in at 9-5 overall. The Broken Bow boys will look to get back above .500 for the season as the Indians enter tonight’s game with a record of 6-6 while the Gothenburg Swedes are 2-12 on the year. The two boys teams will play each other again on Monday when they meet in the opening round of the Southwest Conference Tournament. Tonight’s games between Broken Bow and Gothenburg will be broadcast on KCNI 96.3 FM and on the web at kcni1280.com. Varsity games are scheduled to tip off at 6 pm.
South Loup will host Ansley/Litchfield for an area girls and boys basketball doubleheader in Arnold tonight. The South Loup girls have won 6 in a row and are 12-2 on the season while A/L enter at 3-12. The Ansley/Litchfield boys are 12-2 on the season and ranked this week at #7 in Class D1 by the Omaha World Herald. The South Loup boys are now 6-7 on the season. Tonight’s games will be broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM and kbbn.com with varsity games scheduled to tip off at 5:30 p.m.
