In games broadcast on KBBN 95.3 FM, Anselmo-Merna won both games of the area girls and boys basketball doubleheader against Twin Loup Thursday night. The AM girls collected their 15th win of the season with a 57-22 victory. AM’s Jaide Chandler led all scorers with 14 points and Claire Cooksley also finished in double figures for the Lady Coyotes with 12. Twin Loup was led by Kathryn Folkers who had a team high 7. AM was also victorious in the boys game winning 59-36. The Coyotes were led by Dalton Duryea who had a game high 15 while Twin Loup was led by Cael Richardson and Quincey Ryker who both finished with 12 points.
