Girls Area Subdistrict Results – 2/13

Broken Bow advanced to the finals of the C1-10 girls subdistrict basketball tournament with a 39-23 win over Centura Wednesday night. The Lady Indians were led by Kya Scott who had a team high 11 points with her sister Kailyn Scott scoring 10 off the bench. Bow is now 19-5 and will play St Paul tonight for the subdistrict championship. The Wildcats edged Ord 53-52. Tonight’s game will be broadcast on KCNI 1280 AM / 96.3 FM. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 pm.

In the D2-9 sub district Mullen defeated McPherson County 58-18. The Lady Broncos will face Sandhills Thedford in the subdistrict final tonight. Marlee Taylor scored 23 as the Lady Knights knocked off Anselmo Merna 41-30.

South Loup advanced to the C2-11 subdistrict final with a 44-23 win over Southern Valley. The Lady Bobcats will play Elm Creek as the Buffaloes knocked off Amherst 53-43.

Pleasanton will play Central Valley for the D1-9 subdistrict title tonight. Pleasanton defeated SEM 66-35 and Central Valleyedged Ansley-Litchfield 26-24.
