The lineup has been announced for the 14th annual Heartland Hoops Classic which will take place at the Heartland Events Center in Grand Island February 13, 2021. The event will feature two high profile national teams and are representative Mullen. The Mullen Broncos will play in the opening game of the day against Loomis. Two out-of-state favorites will return to face off against Nebraska’s best Class A teams. Sunrise Christian Academy will face 2020 Class A state champion Bellevue West led by Wisconsin commit Chucky Hepburn. Oak Hill Academy, a perennial national high school power, will face 2020 Class A state runner-up Millard North led by star point guard Hunter Sallis. Other games on the schedule include : Elkhorn North vs. St. Paul, Ashland Greenwood vs. Northwest, Mt. Michael Benedictine vs. Grand Island Senior High, BRLD vs Auburn, and GICC vs Lincoln Pius X.
