NEwrestle.com has released it’s updated rankings this week and a handful of teams in the KCNI/KBBN coverage area are ranked in the top ten of their respective class. Broken Bow is ranked #4 in Class C1, while Mullen is ranked #2, Burwell #6, and Twin Loup is tied at #10 with Central Valley and Nebraska Christian in Class D.
Area wrestlers continue to have a strong presence in the individual rankings as well. Broken Bow’s Lathan Duda is top ranked at 182 lbs. in Class C while Arcadia/Loup City’s Jakob Jerabek remains at the top of the 285 lb. division. In Class D, Cyrus Wells of Anselmo-Merna is #1 at 120 lbs. Colby Coons is #1 at 152 lbs. and Corey Dawe of Burwell is top ranked at 182 lbs.
