Broken Bow High School Bowling Teams Compete at York

The Broken Bow high school boys and girls bowling teams competed at York on Sunday. The girls team went 0-2 on the day falling to Burwell/Ord 16-3 and falling to Ravenna 12-7. The girls team is now 5-5 on the season. High scores for the team were turned in by Lizzy Nielsen (169) and Ryley Dickau (152). The Broken Bow boys team went 2-0 for the day to improve their season record to 4-6. The wins came over Burwell/Ord (17-2) and Ravenna (15-4). High scores for the day were turned in by Shay Herman (256) and Wyatt Woodward (214). Coach Charles Herman also noted that the boys team had their high baker game of the season as they put up a clean 227 game against Ravenna.
