The Broken Bow High School girls and boys bowling teams each competed at Burwell on Sunday for their final regular season matches of the year. The girls team went 0-2 on the day. Bow fell to Grand Island Senior High 18-1 and dropped a 13-6 decision to Adams Central. High scores for Broken Bow on the day were turned in by Ryley Dickau (175) and Erin Clay (145). The Broken Bow girls are now 8-8 on the season.
The Broken Bow boys team went 1-1 falling to GISH 17-2 but winning over Adams Central 11-8. High scores for Broken Bow on the day were turned in by Sawyer Bumgarner (223) and Brady Schaaf (186). The Broken Bow boys are now 6-10 on the year.
Both teams will travel to Kearney this weekend to begin district competition.
