The Broken Bow boys golf team brought home the team championship at the Holdrege Invitational on Wednesday. Bow won the team title with a 325 team score. That was 7 strokes better than Grand Island Northwest who was second with a 332. Aurora finshed third (339), McCook was fourth (340) and GICC placed fifth (342). Caleb Badura of Aurora had the low individual round of the day with a 73. Broken Bow placed 4 golfers in the top 15. The Indians were led by Jared Kahnk and Josh Harvey. Each posted a 78 for the 18 hole event which was good for 4th and 5th place. Griffin Wright finished 9th with an 84 and Spencer Gaffney shot an 85 which was tied for the 10th lowest round of the day. Cole Ulmer finished with a 90. Broken Bow will now prepare to host its own invitational at the Broken Bow Country Club on Friday.
