The Broken Bow Lady Indians volleyball team will begin its 2019 season tonight at home as they host the Hershey Panthers at the Indian gym. Broken Bow is coming off a 2018 season that saw them finish 23-8 overall and return a lot of experience and fire power from last year’s team. Tonight’s varsity match is scheduled for 7pm and will be broadcast live on KCNI 1280 AM / 96.3 FM and on the web at kcni1280.com.
Several volleyball teams from the KCNI/KBBN coverage area begin their season today. Ansley/Litchfield will play their first match under new head coach Jamee Smith who takes over for long time coach Pat Hoblyn this season. The Spartans will travel to Amherst for a triangular with Amherst and Elm Creek.
