The Broken Bow Spirit (White) softball team defeated Kearney in a back and forth affair at Tyke Arnold Field in Broken Bow on Sunday. Kearney used an 8 run 3rd inning to open up a 9-3 lead but Bow would fight back. The Spirit would score 3 runs in the bottom of the third then 5 more in the fourth to come back and hang on for an 11-9 victory. Victoria Griffith drove in 5 runs to help lead the Spirit offense. The Bow Spirit (White) team is now 7-5 on the season
