Ravenna hosted its annual cross country invitational on Thursday. North Platte St. Pat’s won both the boys and girls team titles. Arcadia/Loup City finished 6th in the final boys team standings. On the girls side, Cozad was the runner-up and South Loup placed 4th overall. Jarrett Miles of North Platte St. Pat’s was the boys individual champion in a winning time of 18:39.8. Ty Greenland of Arcadia/Loup City finished in the top five placing 4th in a time of 19:29.7 and Logan Recoy of South Loup was in the top 15 placing 15th in a time of 21:12.2.
The girls individual champion was Kate Steinike of North Platte St. Pat’s in a winning time of 22 minutes flat. South Loup placed four runners in the top 25 of the girls race. Heidi Donegan was 6th (24:16.2), Ella Cool was 10th (24:53.3), Ivy Tullis was 23rd (28:36.2), and Megan Donegan was 24th (28:39.1) Katie Heyen of Arcadia/Loup City placed in the top 20 finishing 16th (26:04.9)
