COLUMBUS - The city yard waste site changed its hours to close earlier, beginning on November 1st, and will soon change again.
The city of Columbus says the site at the Columbus transfer stations has begun closing at 5 p.m. The Change will be in effect, until December 1st, when Winter season hours will be placed into effect, says the city.
