Work to be Done on Hwy 30 Train Tracks at Central City

CENTRAL CITY - If you are planning to drive on Highway 30 near Central City, prepare to take some detours starting May 15th. Region 44 Emergency Management released information about maintenance being conducted on the train tracks on the east side of Central City. Highway 30 will be closed at 13th street and N Road, and both east and westbound traffic will be detoured, says Region 44. "The detour will follow the route of US-30 to N-14 to N-92 to L-61D to US-30, in both directions. The anticipated completion date for this project is May 18," said Region 44.
