Woodland Park Teen Pleads Guilty to Felony Charges

STANTON - A Woodland Park teen is facing up to two years in prison after a guilty plea in court this week. Nineteen-year old Elliot Anderson pleaded guilty to a felony count of possession of visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct involving a child in Stanton County District Court on Tuesday. In return for his guilty plea, prosecutors dropped a second count of possession of child pornography. Anderson was arrested in July after Stanton County authorities said an investigation found him to be in possession of illegal images and downloads on his computer and phone. Anderson will be back in court for his sentencing on March 5th.
