COLUMBUS - A Schuyler home-watcher accused of stealing from her employer is on the loose, according to the Platte County Sheriff.
According to a court affidavit, Jennifer Carney, 34, confessed to authorities, that while she was taking care of a vacationers' home and pets, she stole $2,700 from their personal safe.
Carney is wanted by authorities for failing to appear in court hearing in late November.
She is charged with a Class 4 Felony.
